EnRoute Growth Platform Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 22, 2022   Last Updated: March 14, 2026   Version: 3.0 (Full Refresh, V3.1 House Style)

1. Overview

This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the cancellation, termination, and refund terms for all EnRoute Growth Platform ("EGP," "we," "us," or "our") products and services (the "Services"). This Policy is part of and subject to the EGP Terms of Service (the "TOS"), and in particular cross-references TOS V4.3 Section 5 (Termination) and TOS V4.3 Section 6 (Asset Transfer). Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given in the TOS.

2. How to Cancel

2.1 Cancellation Channels

You may cancel your subscription or service engagement through any of the following authorized channels:

2.2 Acknowledgment SLA

EGP acknowledges receipt of a cancellation request within two (2) business days and issues a substantive written cancellation confirmation (including the effective cancellation date and final invoice schedule, if any) within five (5) business days. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within two (2) business days, please re-send via a second channel and copy support@enroutegrowthplatform.io.

2.3 Effective Date of Cancellation

Unless your service agreement states otherwise, cancellation is effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. Access to the Services continues through that cycle, and no further auto-renewal charges are assessed after the cycle ends. Automated workflows, campaigns, and scheduled tasks cease at the end of the cycle.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Auto-Renewal Cancellation

Cancelling auto-renewal stops future billing cycles but does not retroactively unwind the current paid cycle. The Services remain available through the end of the paid cycle, and no refund is issued for the unused portion of that cycle except as set out in Section 3.4 below.

3.2 Prorating

EGP does not prorate subscription fees for partial billing cycles. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the full billing cycle and are not adjusted for early cancellation, mid-cycle downgrades, or unused features.

For Professional Services engagements billed on a time-and-materials basis, fees are prorated to the hour actually delivered; engagements billed as fixed-fee Statements of Work are governed by the milestone schedule in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW).

3.3 Fees Retained

All payment processing fees, card processing fees, Automated Clearing House (ACH) fees, wire fees, and return fees described in the EGP Processing Fee Policy are retained by EGP and are not included in any refund that may be issued, even where a subscription or service-fee refund is granted.

3.4 Discretionary Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at EGP's sole discretion in the following circumstances:

Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) business days to the original payment method.

4. Auto-Renewal Disclosure

Auto-renewal notice (required disclosure): EGP subscription Services automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle for a successive cycle of the same length and at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the end of the then-current cycle through one of the channels in Section 2.1.

5. Final Invoice and EGP-Owned-Asset Retention

5.1 Final Invoice

EGP issues a final invoice within fifteen (15) days after the cancellation effective date covering: (a) any unpaid balance for the current or prior cycle; (b) any usage-based charges accrued through the cancellation effective date; (c) any early-termination fees specified in your service agreement or SOW; and (d) any processing or return fees per the Processing Fee Policy. The final invoice is due Net-14.

5.2 EGP-Owned Assets Retained

Per TOS V4.3 Section 6 (Asset Transfer), certain assets created, configured, or maintained by EGP on the customer's behalf are EGP-owned and are retained by EGP upon cancellation. These include, without limitation: EGP-built automations and workflows; EGP-authored prompt libraries and AI configurations; EGP-developed proprietary integrations; EGP-owned subdomains, infrastructure, and Cloudflare configurations; and EGP-licensed third-party tooling. Customer-owned data and content are governed by Section 5.3 below and TOS V4.3 Section 6.

5.3 Customer Data Export

You may request a customer-data export at any time before or within ninety (90) days after the cancellation effective date. Data is provided in commonly used machine-readable formats (JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) or Comma-Separated Values (CSV)). Export requests are fulfilled within thirty (30) days. After ninety (90) days, customer data is permanently deleted unless retention is required by law.

6. Survival of TOS Post-Cancellation

Cancellation does not terminate every provision of the TOS. The following TOS sections survive cancellation and remain enforceable: payment of outstanding fees, confidentiality, intellectual-property and asset-ownership provisions (including TOS V4.3 Section 6), indemnification, limitation of liability, dispute resolution and arbitration, governing law, and any provision that by its nature should survive. See TOS V4.3 Section 5 (Termination) for the complete survival schedule.

7. Suspension and Termination by EGP

EGP may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice as appropriate, for: breach of the TOS; fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; non-payment of fees; activity that threatens the security or integrity of the Services; inactivity exceeding twelve (12) months (with 30 days prior notice); or court order or regulatory requirement. The full grounds and procedure are set out in TOS V4.3 Section 5 (Termination). Previously paid fees are non-refundable except where termination results from an EGP error or as required by law. You will have thirty (30) days after termination to request a customer-data export.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes regarding cancellation, billing, or refunds are subject to the dispute-resolution provisions in the TOS, including mandatory arbitration and class-action waiver where enforceable. Before initiating formal dispute resolution, please contact billing@enroutegrowthplatform.io so we can attempt direct resolution; most billing concerns are resolved within five (5) business days.

9. Updates to This Policy

EGP may update this Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to trust.enroutegrowthplatform.io/cancellation-policy with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email to the account billing contact at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
