EnRoute Growth Platform Processing Fee Policy

Effective Date: September 22, 2022   Last Updated: March 14, 2026   Version: 2.0 (Full Refresh, V3.1 House Style; Bank ACH row added)

1. Why EGP Charges Processing Fees

1.1 Transparent-Billing Principle

EnRoute Growth Platform ("EGP," "we," "us," or "our") follows a transparent-billing principle: every cost that varies by the customer's chosen payment method is disclosed as a separate, named line item on the invoice rather than buried in the subscription price. This lets customers choose the lowest-cost payment path for their situation, and lets EGP keep its quoted service prices flat across payment methods.

1.2 Pass-Through, Not Margin

Processing fees disclosed in Section 2 are pass-through cost recovery, not a margin product. They reflect the third-party card-network, Automated Clearing House (ACH), or wire-transfer costs EGP actually incurs (chiefly through its payment processor, Stripe, and its banking partner). Where the underlying network cost decreases, EGP updates this Policy accordingly.

2. Fee Summary

2.2 Notes on Each Method

3. How Fees Appear on Invoices

3.1 Line-Item Display

Processing fees appear as a separate, named line item directly below the invoice subtotal and above the total due. The line item shows the payment method, the fee rate or flat amount, and the calculated fee value. No processing fee is ever bundled into a subscription or service line.

A $50 return fee applies to all returned ACH transactions and wire transfers. See our Processing Fee Policy for complete details: trust.enroutegrowthplatform.io/processing-fee-policy."

4. Disputes

4.1 Billing-Dispute Procedure

If you believe a processing fee was assessed in error, email billing@enroutegrowthplatform.io within sixty (60) days of the invoice date with the subject line Processing Fee Dispute - [Invoice Number]. EGP acknowledges within two (2) business days and provides a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

4.2 Card Chargebacks

Initiating a card-network chargeback without first attempting the billing-dispute procedure in Section 4.1 is a material breach of the Terms of Service. EGP recovers chargeback-related processor fees from the customer's account and may suspend Services until the chargeback is resolved.

4.3 Escalation

Unresolved billing disputes may be escalated to legal@enroutegrowthplatform.io and are subject to the dispute-resolution provisions of the EGP Terms of Service, including mandatory arbitration and class-action waiver where enforceable.

5. Non-Refundable

All payment processing fees, card processing fees, ACH fees, wire fees, and return fees are non-refundable. If EGP issues a refund for a subscription or service charge, any processing fees, wire fees, or return fees associated with that transaction are not included in the refund. See also Section 3.3 of the EGP Cancellation and Refund Policy.

These fees are disclosed in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations governing payment-processing surcharges and convenience fees, including card-network rules of Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Where state law prohibits or limits surcharges on credit or debit card transactions (for example, where state surcharge caps apply), EGP adjusts its fee structure to comply with applicable law while maintaining equivalent pricing through other permitted mechanisms.

7. Updates to This Policy

EGP may update this Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to trust.enroutegrowthplatform.io/processing-fee-policy with an updated effective date. Material fee increases are communicated to the account billing contact via email at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect.
